Xiamen Daily’s front-page report: Yaxon Zhilian eCall helps enterprises go global.
On February 15, the Xiamen Daily published on its front page a report titled “Bustling Overseas Expansion at Year’s Start: Xiamen Enterprises Accelerate Their Global Outreach.” Among the featured cases, Yaxon Zhilian was highlighted as a prime example of how technological innovation drives companies to expand internationally, garnering widespread attention.

The report emphasizes that while companies must “go global,” technological innovation must also “move upstream,” extending into the higher‑value segments of the industrial and value chains to drive high‑quality international expansion. Yaxon Zhilian is a prime example of this approach, leveraging technological innovation to bolster its confidence and enable it to respond agilely to shifts in overseas markets.
According to the report, Yaxon Zhilian, a developer and manufacturer of connected‑vehicle terminal hardware and software, has become a partner to numerous domestic automakers thanks to its high‑quality products and ongoing technological innovation, providing compliant, cost‑effective components for China’s automotive exports.

On January 3, 2025, Yaxon Zhilian’s independently developed eCall emergency call system successfully obtained the NG eCall certification issued by the Luxembourg Ministry of Transport (SNCH), marking the first NG eCall certificate ever awarded to a Chinese company.
During an interview, Yu Yun, Deputy General Manager of Yaxon Zhilian, stated: “In 2024, the European Union introduced regulations mandating that vehicle‑installed emergency call systems (eCall) will gradually transition to the next‑generation emergency call system (NG eCall). On January 3 this year, applications for EU NG eCall certification certificates were opened, and within less than three days, Yaxon Zhilian obtained the certificate, becoming the first domestic company to receive it, thereby providing strong assurance for the product’s competitiveness in the international market.”

Yaxon Zhilian’s independently developed eCall emergency call system has been certified in multiple countries and regions, including the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, and has also obtained certification under the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe’s UN‑R144 standard.
Currently, Yaxon Zhilian’s eCall solution has been successfully integrated into multiple vehicle models from automakers including Changan and Leapmotor, and has been exported to numerous overseas markets such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. , thereby making a significant contribution to advancing the internationalization and intelligent transformation of China’s indigenous automakers.
Looking ahead, Yaxon Zhilian will further expand its global footprint through localized production and collaboration with leading regional manufacturers, with a particular focus on the European and Southeast Asian markets. This strategy will enable the company to better meet worldwide market demands and bolster the international competitiveness of China’s high-tech sector.
